Slytherin = Evil?

One of the things I love most about Harry Potter, as you can maybe tell, is the fact that there is so much you can debate about the series even years after the final book was published.

A topic close to my heart, even though I am a Ravenclaw, is the sad story of Slytherin.

The house that is, not Salazar Slytherin.

(This ended up being a lot longer and rambling then I meant it to be. I was reading a lot of Slytherin based discussions on Reddit and it just was a lot of different opinions about Slytherin that came to my mind. This post probably makes 0 sense but it ended up being 3000 words long and I felt I owed it to myself to post it instead of just delete it. I worked hard on it for about 3 hours people.)

The Great Dumbledore Debate… Kinda

Here I got talking about Dumbledore again. He seems to be a character I tend to talk about a lot and once wrote a piece on why I had beef with the former Headmaster of Hogwarts.

This piece isn’t really about him I guess but the news that Dumbledore’s sexuality/relationships will not be explored in the new Fantastic Beasts movies.

My Beef with Dumbledore

This might seem like it is coming out of nowhere but I’ve just finished reading Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone for possibly the millionth time and not for the first time in my life something bothered me about Dumbledore.

After reading all the books I realised it could really turn you off a guy….
